YES or NO?So I received the full information package regarding the takeover arrangement.
I have been a long time holder of my shares.
Curious as to what others think. I'm leaning no. I think the offer is a little week and think things were just taking off. I think they should come back with a better offer. I think the premium they are paying is too low.... $1.25 more realistic. I'm not quite sure this arrangement passes the stink test.
