RE:YES or NO?i say no. the management and large stakeholders have totally manipulated this buyout. i wouldn't be suprised if they drop their offer let the sp tank, buy more shares and come back with a higher offer by say .05 cents ? come on guys just hire a Texas based Inv Banker and let's see the offers roll in ?? well what does the management have to say about this ?? or are they waiting to buy the company cheap and then go to the Texas based IB and get them to sell it for $1.40 ++ ?? any way you figure it I think this whole thing stinks.
