I Think I will vote against mgmt takeover

I have been a long term holder of zed I. Its a good company and I think it has been pretty well run. 

When I bought it I believed this was a growth stock, and I think that is still the case. The strong revenue generating business they have currently keeps the lights on and the salesmen on the road priming the comapny for growth in the future. 

While I have made a 30-40% return over I think the best is yet to come (shale basins) and don't think the current offer represents fair value.  

I don't own a million shares so its not enough to make much of a difference, but I will be voting my block against the management takeover at this price.

I think we need an update on the current status of the sales prospects in Russia, as well as an estimate of how much telus will be reimbursing the company for the  modem upgrades at a minimum.

I agree.  I like you have stuck by the company through a long period of stock price depreciation.  Now that things seem to be improving I am very surprised that the management, who have been getting healthy stock options all along, are using their strong stock position to buy out their previous supporters.  I am sure we are eventually going to hear their side of the story but they ...more
