Well, 9 times out of 10 share price declines 50%+ from the consolidation value.

Insiders & close associates may anti up  a working cap PP at the post consolidated low point in the vain hope that it will buy the Company  enough time to make a break through with the business plan that is currently facing increasing pressure due to the real estate slow down in the area of influence (BC-AB).

As for taking the Company private I wouldn't be expecting a premium for those that are left.

Is there a "White Knight" on the far horizon? Unlikely before the Public Company goes belly up.

Their conveyencing platform may have some residual value for others in the sector when the last of the flesh is being picked off the festering corporate cadavar

On a positve note, we are not seeing much in the way of selling by PO'ed shareholders, myself included,

so the PC structure may well prove to be an asset should management have an ace up their sleeve in the

near to mid term.
