Right. Doubt they have much cash. Lesser of 2 evils. Finance to bloat the shares or JV. I will take the JV any day.

To be honest 4  wells on J5 shut down. That hurts because of the money spent on them.  Lots of targets on J5 yet. Your looking at maybe 4 million blown away. I hope the guys at Chapman learned  a lesson on that.  We move on and burn the bridges.

Lets see what happens with the drilling from the J/V agreements

So NO DILUTION , JV guys taking  care of all the costs.  and a heck of alot of GSR

shares remain.
