still i didn't like that comment in David's response to some member of this board that agency was playing a hardball. That wasn't the case in the past. Something is not adding up here. I think it is time for our Honorary Chairman to utilize some heavy weights and get an appointment with Kyrgyz new PM or even the president. If Stans goes legal route then it might take months and months to get any resolution. still hopeful but even Simon Bond's timeline of 2014 today seems to be too optimistic. may be tomorrow my spirits will be better.
