RE: RE: Where's Byron ???

Simon, agree but one of the obstacles that could push your 2014 timeline would be litigation with the Agency. It is the nature of things over there in Kyrgyzstan that litigation could drag for a long time and then it will be even a steeper mountain to clime for Stans. That is why Robert put in his press release that he was hopeful to resolve this outside of legal system. What i am hoping is that Stan's Chairman would start pushing some political buttons and i did voice it to Stans past winter that they should try to sign JV with a BIG player ASAP. The terms could be less favorable but it will bring another elephant into the room. I think perception of Stan in Kyrgyz Republic and righteously so that it is a small company and thus could be pushed around. It will change once a big partner comes in. as usual my opinion and i can be off as so many times in the past.

Cheers.
