Simon, VNIIHT has only as a workign ralationship with Stans, in other words there is no equity interest in Stan and thus no vested interest in its success and growth. Consulting fee Stans pays them cannot be compared to the ownership. It will be steady - only if they had a stake they would be interested in seeing Stans multiply. I am sure that will change once Stans acquires some proprety interest in Russia. Until then VNIIHT is a good partner but not the elephant i was talking about.
