Simon, Russia is mostly interested in KRP and they don't care about Kyrgyz mine that much. May be short term they would like to get end product but long term they would be interested in tapping into their own resources. And when that happens Russia will own a stake in Stans mines in Russia or most likely the other way around (Stans will have a stake in Russian mine). So it all depends on how bad Russians want end product short term. If they are not that interested then who knows they might use this situation to convince Stans to move plant to the Russian soil. It is all politics and not even BK has any deep insight into that. I don't want to minimize Stans achievements - all i said was that they need a big end user of REEs that would partner with them that has a world known name that Kyrgyz Govt or Parliament would be more careful in dealing with unlike microcap Canadian company that only readers on this board have heard of.
