Are you implying that Japan desiring to be nuclear-free by 2039 would put an end to the supply-crunch expected in the short-term? That's like saying "oil is a worthless investment because we're not going to be using it in 30 years". There's a time and place for everything: the supply crunch is coming. I've said it over and over again that there's centuries worth of uranium resources out in the world, but it can't be (1) economically mined at these prices, or (2) mined due to licensing permit bottlenecks that take 10 years. Until that's addressed, there's a shortfall. Pick up companies advanced in the licensing process and able to mine at decent prices and you'll be more than fine, bar another nuclear reactor meltdown.
