You said your Broker was contacted by DEC to see if there would be any interest in a private placement consisting of five cent flow though shares with warrants (you still haven’t answered the question are they for a full share or half share). You also stated that you’re not authorized to give out the broker’s name. I still laugh every time I read that line.
Anybody who has a opinion on this board that questions anything, you are on the attack. I finally think you must be getting paid by this company for your endless cheerleading.
Nonsense, I will challenge anybody who says outrageously stupid things or tell outright lies. Why wouldn’t I? I have a large investment in DEC. If you said something that was a critical yet honest and intelligent then I would engage you on a more serious adult level. It’s your juvenile attacks on the company don’t warrant you being treated seriously. Unfortunately, I don’t get paid by the company. Phone them and ask if I’m telling you the truth or not.
Here is how I see things and this is my thoughts of what I think lies ahead. The company needs another financing for drilling.
This statement is valid on its own. However, when taken in context with your other statement about what broker told you it seems more like an attempt to cover-up your pervious lies and yes I have asked the company to take action against you for posting what your broker told you.
Drilling possibly is done for the season.

I loved it when you said you wouldn’t trust any information that you got from management over the phone but if somebody else from the board would phone management and get the information for you that would be appreciated. The logic behind that statement is a classic. So what you are implying is that management will only lie to you when you call in but tells everybody else the truth. Buddy, you’re a scream!
A planned 43-101 will be delayed because not enough drilling outside of the main established zone has been done to warrant doing a 43-101 at this moment.
Where do you come up with this stuff! Seeing you bought into so many of DEC’s past private placements I’d have thought perhaps you’d have done some research before spending your hard earned cash. (I’d sooner believe that there are a warrants out for your arrest than believe you hold warrants in DEC.)
Here’s a tip for you; go to Sedar and look up documents on Decade Resources ltd. and there you will find stuff related to Red Cliff and 43-101 (f1)
