RE: And here's 40% as of today. If you read the press release carefully, it does not state that they will issue shares at a value of 0.10 implying that the shares are worth 0.10. It skirts the possibility that shares will be issued "at 0.10 per share" but a larger volume of shares could be issued to the accredited investors so that the actual shares issued if converted to an actual currently lower share price value, would be higher, to compensate for the variance. Another red flag for me... Time will tell how the math will work out in the end. Transparency is key to shareholder confidence. I still see smoke and mirrors.
