I hate the term "rally", because it gives the same name to two phenomena: a stock price being lifted to its actual value by Adam Smith's invisible hand, or a stock price rising beyond its actual value by means of fraud, aggressive marketing, or lunacy.
My valuation is based on the value of the metal in the ground in Korea, the cost of getting it out, and the competence of the management team.
I'm eagerly anticipating updates on drilling results at both sangdong and muguk. In both cases, as majormac has pointed out, they already know where to look and how much to expect because of non-compliant historical records. I expect these updates will reveal just how conservative my valuations are.
