I just found the Div. Declaration posted on the TMX website.  I found it nowhere else. It is the usual 2 cents and it was only declared today (25th). Ex. Div. day is tomorrow.  This sort of extremely short notice is unconventional, to say the least. But I expect we will never learn the motivation for this strange development.  I can only hope there is a sensible reason. The buyback program was terminated (temporarily?) July 3rd so I am wondering why no announcement of more investments or an increse in the dividend.  Again, strange).

Today was last-trading-day for the 3rd Quater. The venture Exch. was down heavily so the deflation fear has not been exhausted (in spite of QE3).

I am hanging in but this is becoming an arcane venture.  So, good luck to us all.
