Arcan will never maintain 5,000/day with no drilling and implementation of a waterflood the well declines will kill them. The current wells awaiting completion were drilling in tighter rock to preserve expiring land and the well results are not good...BMO knows this and hence the downgrade..to the public results are not material so no press release is necessary there is the dupe to the market...Penner at his best again...next is a cut in bankline another downward revision in production....I don't think CPG will touch this the bank may own it soon...
