with some scenarios that I believe to be possible and try and get all of you guys to give your opinion or come up with your own guesstimates of how this will end.  What keeps me in this investment and will keep me until there is a deal is the fact that they basically have 5 million ounces of 1.75 grade gold. That is very high grade for this region   With a roughly $230 million market cap (using OLE's fully diluted 150.6 million shares) between all 3 partners you are still getting a big bargain down here.  I give Bendon about 137 million shares because they do not have the 13.6 million stock options that OLE's management and employees have.n

Also remember that Badr does not own 13% because they have not been contributing to the project and have been diluted several times when the company has raised cash.  We (OLE) probably have somewhere north of 45% of the venture.
