It was just a link, I had a feeling they would pull it.

I own PP, that deal if anything should impact the value of PAF and not PP. From what I understand (I could be wrong) is that the deal for PAF to take over PP is already set at a fixed share value. PP share holders get .63... shares of PAF for every share of PP they have (based on a set price PAF was trading at when the deal was done - around .23 per share). You might as well buy PAF at this point unless I'm missing something completely.
