Shareholders get shaft again

As a sharehlder I have rights to my opinion on how the Company is run !

I don't like private placements ......... they dilute share value

I don't like stock option bonuses as insentve. ......bonuses for resuls only

I don't belive in borrowing money to bonus management

Zorro if you have a opinion please feel free to post BUT If all you do is cut and bold paste old press releases  don't waste your time
