Two things bother me about the situation and I would love if someone could throw some light on these aspects.
One, Why are the new litigations being initiated in Florida?
Two I keep asking myself in the event of all or most of the litigations being resolved in WIN's favour--Can these guys promote their success that is, maximize the publicity to maximize share price by increasing dividends, declaring a special dividend from the cash that they have and will be receiving, buying shares back, acquiring new patent portfolio(s) without stretching themselves too far.? I have my doubts on this aspect and remain to be convinced before buying anything more.
And three, If this stock is so great, why don't we have 18 outfits breaking down the door to buy us?
