HURRICANE SANDY and the oil price

The upcoming Hurricane Sandy will hit the east coast and it will most likely cause production disruptions which will help the oil price to rise further. This along with the declining operating costs per well during Q3 will help LEG in my opinion.

The recent article below in SeekingALPHA talks about these significant reductions at the drilling costs of Q3 2012 that will help the operators:
