LCC also knows about dilution and how to pay off debt with it. We could go on ad infinitum. There is nothing to prove re:dilution. That's what exploration companies do to raise funds. If you haven't got used to it yet then invest in something other than exploration companies. Try physical copper. They can't dilute that from a distance.

I am aware of restrictions on foreign capital in Argentina. I would suggest north-east. Yes, it is easier to invest in countries like Mexico and Chile. But these Argentinean finds are exceptional and some. Moreover, the successful suitor will most likely be from Chile which has softer restrictions and it's a whole lot easier to do business with them.

They are getting some spotlight because Lumina was the most exciting copper exploration stock (and most other exploration stocks) of the last three years. When Lumina JV's with anybody it is a big deal. That spotlight automatically shines on the other party too.

Ofcourse, LCC shareholders are utterly underwhelmed that it is their small-fry neighbour (which is only small-fry as far as market capitalization is concerned). CCD has more JVs and more land claims in Argentina and in Canada and so does SML which owns a fifth of CCD.
