No longer a growth stock so tougher to get to those lofty valuations that were ascribed to the stock previously. Don't lose sight of the fact that Haywood and Mckenzie were not paid in this deal for the M&A fee or financing - it is not uncommon to see downgrades from banks that weren't part of the syndicate.
