RE: RE: Interview - SILVERCREST CEO

This was a great deal for SSL but I think it was also a good deal for Silvercrest.  Now they have a very productive mine up and running and they did so with minimal dilution of their share price.  Yes Sandstorm gets to buy cheap gold for years but the other option would have been to dilute the shares significantly when their stock price was depressed.  I think Silvercrest came out better with Sandstorm than if they were to go the dilution route.  Banks won't touch these smaller mining companies so this is where Sandstorm fills the gap.  Yes it seems like the payback is large but 80% of the gold and all of the silver from a operating mine is far better than 100% of resource sitting in the ground with no money to build thethey mine.  Now that Silvercrest did the deal with Sandstorm and they have their mine increasing its output every quarter their stock price has appreciated nicely and they could do the equity financing without terrible dilution.  Without the first funding from Sandstorm this would not have happened.  Win Win
