Here's an article about Hi-Crush - purpose of sharing here is because of the hype surrounding Frac Sand. Price per ton is expected to rise. The revenues we have today will be penuts compared to what's generated from the Kearl and Frac Sand operations.

Also, The article TheRock shared mentions existing permits for over 1.1 million acres. Still being new here, can I assume we would have to slowly aquire that land as we need more pits? Currently cleared 60 acres, that nothing compared to what numbers were just shared.

The industry has grown as a result of the "fracking" boom in the U.S., and proppant demand has increased by 28% annually over the past 5 years. Looking forward, demand for Hi-Crush's raw frac sand is expected to outpace supply, which will fuel higher prices and continued industry growth:
