Just dug this out for chits and giggles.

Gold explorer Queenston Mining said it privately placed 3 million shares at C$6.70 to raise C$20.1 million. The stock closed Monday at C$5.750.

 

Somebody wanted in bad two years ago huh.  I wonder why?
