Rights & Stock price

Rights & Stock price

It is now apparent that as a USA resident investor I will not receive any Rights.

So the stock is being diluted and i have no opportunity to buy additonal shares at the lower price.

I am wondering if it would behove me to sell now, before the stock price drops to the $0.16 price being offered to the rights holders.

Any thoughts or advice?
