A leak can usually be fixed with in a week but there is flooding and that the reason why we wait. I was looking at the weather and the first week of december the rain will of stop then. I hope all of those thieves taking our oil and probably causing the leak die in the water.

We have a lot of workers doing nothing we might as well send them over to help clear the area so they can fix the leak.
