Something is not right
Difficult to believe, that a company that over the past 2 years has been supplying on average 30,000 households with ~9,000 kWh annually is selling for less than $0.01 per share on its 122.4 million shares outstanding.
Even after considering the GeothermEx estimate of annual production to fall to 15 MW by 2020. Especially after GeothermEx initially estimated 49.5 MW gross and 41 MW net, and above. Both estimates reflecting are season for suspicion.
One should also consider that the high interest EIG Loan and a lower than normal PPA could have been taken advantage of to create the present situation.
The very fact that NGP will transfer BM-1 to EIG, who will carry the low interest John Hancock Loan and own the BM-1 Plant outright is very suspicious and indicates that the present situation might have been planned in advance. As a result, I'd watch all participants on BM-1 closely, especially EIG.
Conclusion....Something not right and if you are or were a shareholder should make your opinions known,
