Even though I do agree with some what bridgediver says here, I have to take ojbection to missing earning,  Even with optimistic forecasts the company had meet or beat, I think every time.  This show solid management.  Even though I don't like the share buy back, this shows me that there is no reasonable take-over offer on the table or the for seeable future, what would it matter to a take-over how many share out there.  Again even though I don't like the limited news, execpt of finiancials, and products, most small cap oil companies are have the same policies
