I have read three. Desjardins, Canaccord and National all discussed the miss in production, but really highlighted the assemblance of the special committee as a positive for the stock. They have contemplated takeover prices between $1.10 and $1.50 based on precedent metrics for production, cash flow and reserves. The close today will be binary. We are at 0.96 right now. I think we see late profit taking and sell down to low 90's or we see a late surge in demand before closing which brings us up to $1. I hope it's the latter.
