RE: seems RUSAL is taking time eh? :-) Rusal has been referring to Orbite as its partner in recent presentations at industry conferences. IR had told me that Paperwork with respect to governmental issues is being worked on before the announcement will be made.It is amazing that we are only weeks away from commissioning and you continue to brayabout announcements that should be coming any time now. The lines are drawn and in a short period of time all our DD will have paid off. GLTA
