Maybe Management wants us to vote NO

Maybe Management wants us to vote NO

All the recent talk has been 100% on the share reduc tion proposal and nothing on the pending Q3 finacials fiscal cliff.  Perhaps the share reduction is a smoke screen.  It gets voted NO and shareholders go away happy, which allows the stock price  and management some insulation against the Q3 financial statements that will be released by Novemeber 30.  In fact a strategy could be to release Q3 results first and then have management state they have listened to the shareholders and are withdrawing the share reduction proposal.  Some shareholders would be gleeful and less likely to freak out about the Q3 results.
