the process works and has been derisked enough to buy in at these low
rates in order to profit big when the SP jumps after commissioning and
announcements of customers for the High Purity Alumina. Analysts like Alice
Tsang have always been catious and feel that as promising ORT is
she would rather jump in when all doubts are removed and contracts announced.
Alice has held this same position for a long time now. It is up to each trader
to decide when to jump in. In my opinion, you can bet it won't be too long now
before Alice will be reccommending ORT very strongly. GLTA
