RE: Accumulation?R.B.C have been accumalating for a while, however its still small volume ..If we are led to believe that progess in signing of permits are close then 10 cents is bargain basement as before the delays this was bouncing round 30cents.. We should get a re-rating once we start drilling so alot in the pipeline . Fingers well & truly crossed !>
