This Polish company has been mentioned in the past but not in relation to taking over Lumina:

I doubt that any European-based company will be the knight in shining armor.

It is more likely that a Chilean company will takeover Lumina because of the favorable conditions that exist between Argentina and Chile. Moreover, the exit route for all the minerals is through Chile. It makes sense that a Chilean company rules the roost.

The rumours that I've heard say Chile. Not that it makes any difference to us where the suitor comes from as long as they come sooner rather than later.

I also heard that a serious offer for Lumina was recently made but there is no formal mention of that offer anywhere. I have also heard that the offer is no longer on the table.
