Chuck is at it again.  Last time he rolled it back 1 for 5 this time 1 for 20 .  I told you guys in a prior post that buying pre rollback at even half a cent was too high. I tried to put a bid in for .0025 cents ie a quarter of a cent but the market wouldn't take it.  Now Chuckie needs some money for Xmas so he does a financing that equates to a pre rollback price of just a tad over that one quarter cent. 

Lets see how fast he can get the float up to 100 milion shares again without ever knowing what a drill rig looks like. Last time it only took a year and a half.

Too bad public floggings are not in vogue anymore.
