RE: No intellectual capital Zep?

Artey I agree. The Endo protocol was an abortion from day one.

Maybe (more than likely) they dropped that 122 mil total on milestones and the trial just to screw BNC. The reason they have never disclosed the trial to their own shareholders is that they established a protocol, not to ultimately secure an FDA approval, but to wring BNC dry, while giving the impression that Urocidin approval was the ultimate end point. But that was never the intention Artey!

Lets be frank people... Coming out of 07-09 Boom cash was plentiful in the US... so plentiful that CEO's were splurging, partnering with microcaps and establishing trials that they knew would fail  simply to sap the resources of their weaker partners, with no intent of seeing them through to conclusion.

In the end, dozens of micro cap P3 cancer drugs were "stolen" from these corporations. That is the way the world has worked for the last 5 years Art.... with unlimited, unaulterated funds,  major US pharmas have spent billions to clean out smaller, much weaker partners.

I know it, you know it, but why does no one else see this. This is theft of a national resource and no one will stand up until we declare bankruptcy next month.
