You can probably also assume that the soon-to-be announced trial will be sanctioned by the FDA. I haven't heard of many underground P3 trials lately, but nothing here is beyond the realm of possibility I guess.
Pharmas aren't in the habit of dropping 100+ mil on global trials if they are concerned about the results of a full P3 that immediatley preceded it. I don't believe anyone of consequence is disputing the validity of P3A
Whether they can get Urocidin, or whatever Endo decides to rename it, to market before a recent newborn grows into a Urologist and cures BC in 44 years is another story.
At least we'll be informed all the way through the process, regardless of which direction they take.
