I don't own the stock anymore - Just follow it.   Most recently I bought it around 7.60 in July 2011.  Sold above 12 in April.

Like you I figured there was some value in the hodge podge of companies they owned and with thier Horizons exposure they were looking really cheap so I loaded up.  I expected it to be a 2 - 3 year venture but surprise I was out a year later with a very nice profit.

After the dividend is paid I wouldn't consider owing it unless it trades below $4.    In the absense of any real business development it is dead money, and as I mentioned before management has proven to lack integrity and is generally untrusted by the investment community.
