Consolidation of Tigris Shares "The LOI with Wolfpack contemplates Tigris completing a consolidation of one new share for each three old shares, issuing 29,965,000 postconsolidation shares to the current Wolfpack shareholders, and changing its name to Wolfpack Gold."
That's what they contemplate. I contemplate that a consolidation at year-low, below cash-value, with no value attributed to properties is not very nice. We consolidate by a third and receive a price at $0.285, which I've got no idea whether it's a fair price for Wolfpack Gold or not. This provides them with cash to drill up their Nevada-properites, which I've got no idea whether they're worth anything. Guess we've got shares in NexGen that for each 1 dollar its share goes up, we make 7.5 cents on our post-agreement entity's shareprice.
How great of a deal this is depends what Wolfpack brings to the table. Anybody have any numbers on them and their cash and property resources?
