RE: RE: AVR to EDV - Still waiting

I think I am the first guy to complain on this thread about the length of time it has taken for EDV to get shares out to the Avion shareholders.  I have to wonder how many millions have been lost as the share price has fallen and investors weren't able to sell and avoid those losses?  It is surprising that there hasn't been a class action lawsuit filed against this kind of incompetence!

.

Oh and I talked to the broker and he made this analogy - "We have been standing in the end zone, unguarded, waving our hands wildly in the air, just waiting for EDV to pass us the ball!"

.

He also reiterated that many other brokerage houses may have "fronted" shares to their clients and so when the clients thought they got the shares instantaneously, they really received shares from the brokers cache, shares that would be replaced when EDV finally got their paperwork in order and issued the shares.  So yeah, you got yours - but that doesn't mean the system worked like it should and it IS an indication of a snafu by management.

.

Maybe, I can will get shares and be able to sell at the 52-week low?   Jeez!
