Why the L would you want to change directors now.

 

Because they need quite a bit more money to get them over the hump to becoming profitable!. They took out a terrible loan, terrible debentures and now what options do they have? New management with access to capital would be a huge boost to the company! The market will severely punish any "producer" who can't become profitable in a timely fashion! I really hope the mine keeps running over the holidays, they need all the gold they can get.
