Ramgage1 Thanks for the info and I was interested in Guy on BNN puts up a 5 year cycle and where right at the bottom poised to break the trend line cause in the real world failing some catastrophy, you realisticlly can;t go any lower. You can't go much lower if the company has some fundementals like large cash on hand, strong management, proximity, mine friendly jurisdiction, and a flagship property, especially gold (some visible) in the cores. The copper credits are impressive considering there secondary. Hole 111 was a step toward a company make IMHO. Venturing that far out just on mags. Bingo. These ground mags(used for 111) in MHO are becoming more scientific, acurate and are only getting better. I'm intriqued with 111 and another 100 nmetres out puts us in an area to the east which Goldquest geos feel has potential based on either ground mags or areial mags(which I think we are awaiting. The arials will provide a greater reliability as an IP Chargability for Gold. My research is finding satalite avalibility to test 500 metres depth but with few articles to research I am clear this is for ore bodies such as iron deposits.: Thanks.
WhatI'm seeing by reading and comparing various exploration Co's ground and ariarl mags is an area on the chart containing a magenta colour (some other co charts are more red) and beside a lighter magenta (or lighter red). The confluence appear in areas to possibly collar, get a decent grade and step out using this colour scheme to nail down platforms.
The East of Romero looks very fine with hole 111 hiting 52 m of 1.31 gm/t and decent 1.24% cu
Lets not forget hole 66 which appears to be in thr IP Chargability Zone for gold, hitting .66 over 22 m , .12 cu and 1,9 Ag on a wildcat. Lucky to hit mineralization. Never mind those numbers.
Lets not forget how close we are to world class mines. This is a 9 out of 10 for Goldquest.
The Dominican Republic has a significant mining industry. The most important mines are
the Falcondo nickel laterite mine and the Pueblo Viejo gold deposit, located 100 km east and
120 km east of La Escandalosa respectively. Pueblo Viejo is currently being developed by
Barrick Gold Corp. and Goldcorp Inc. and has proven and probable mineral reserves of
22.4 Moz gold, 132.3 Moz silver and 455 million pounds of copper, contained in 223.7 Mt or
ore grading 3.12 g/t Au, 18.4 g/t Ag and 0.09% Cu (Barrick Annual Information Form, 31
December 2008). The mine historically produced 5.4 Moz of gold from oxides.
