Its subsidiaries include Gold Belt, S.A., Nicoz Resources, S.A., and Mako US Corp.

LOL...'ernesto' so right you are.  Do you now wonder whatever happened to the 'puppetmaster' and his crew that pumped the sheet out of this dog?   The CEO should get the boot for grossly ignorant negligence of her failure to advance the company  or for her intentional duping of all the investors of GRR.
