RE: Financing - warrants

RE: Financing - warrants

>>>>"But with a note coming due in March 2013, one has to wonder why CRJ didn't focus on mining and debt repayment in  2012, rather than exploration and acquisitions?"

Amen to that.

In the last PP, CRJ should have addressed the debentures. Thereafter, they could have used what money remained to upgrade/expand Seabee OR undertake exploration property wide. Here, the debentures were ignored and CRJ took on too much at one time in regards to both Seabee and Exploration. Hence, one of the primary reasons why we are here today.<<<<

.

So sounds like what you are saying here is that there a couple of examples of how management scr *wed the pooch!  It is right there in your comments - why are you still defending these guys?  Why aren't you adding your voice to the chorus calling for some new management for these assets?

.

>>>>To close, and in the past year, CRJ has traded back up to $0.70+ each and everytime it has declined into the $0.50's. That's good for a 30%+ trade if anyone cares. That's the JR market play now days. You get burned if you go long but you can make a profit if you trade the same. As for me, I like to trade in and out so as to generate the lowest cost average possible on any shares I extend to go long.<<<<

.

LOL!  So reading that it sounds like you have been shorting CRJ shares!  Oh, I see!  So that is how one is generating profits - shorting CRJ!
