RE: Transferable EDV shares Do you even know why you selected Option A, the transferable shares? If I understand correctly Transferable Shares were setup as a tax deferment/avoidance scheme. You get the transferable shares and don't actually complete the transfer process and trigger any tax consequences until you exercise the rights of those transferable shares and trade them in for full fledged normal EDV shares. Unless EDV decides to list the transferable shares on an exchange, no they are not tradable - you have to turn them in and get EDV shares if you want to sell.(1) Talk to your tax advisor about the timing for the conversion to EDV shares and talk to your broker about the means and methods of effecting this action.
