There are diferent ways to look at the situation.  Here are two out of many possible realistic scenarios...  

1) Patrick Bultema lied, for whatever reason.

2) Patrick Bultema believed there would be a first release in 3 days but strategically, it made more sense to wait.  One reason to wait could be so it doesn't get wasted on current shareholders dumping for a tax loss and rewarding new investors with the ride... 

Didn't the little run-up on Friday/Monday look a little suspicious to anyone? Looked perfectly orchestrated to me, to get tax-loss sellers to dump their shares...  Personally, I'm hoping they wait for the contract NR's...
