Daytrader88 I can see that you are an internal optimist.  It's true that if the stock price could more than triple from its current price we could see warrants being exercised.  Not sure that this is a reality given everything.  But even if it occurred and the company stayed afloat I suspect that most of the monies would go to paying aged accounts payable and keep management in their big salaries.  You also neglect to consider shareholder dilution.  If you look at all the dilution that has occurred due to very expensive financings it's know wonder that even with your optimism the share price remains low.
