What the FED is doing, and will continue to do, is extremely inflationary. Capping inflationary indicators (gold and silver) with this hawkish talk helps keep the herd docile. If the FED stops purchasing its own worthless paper........what happens to the bond market? The US can't borrow and interest rates go parabolic. QE to infinity........... All hawkish talk coming out of the FED needs to be taken with a pound of salt.
