Warning to Newbies..Pay attention to size of the property! It's very small...
As a former shareholder and having done a fair amount of due diligence I seriously question the economics of this property. That's my opinion...This bump is just another opportunity for some long term holders who have come to the same realization to make their exit....
Do your research on the Burn's Block and you'll see what I mean..
